Help us find the problem

Include the email address associated with your account, a brief description, and the relevant plan or place link. Do not send your password, verification links or unnecessary sensitive information.

Manage your account

Use Privacy & email settings to choose email updates, download your information or request account deletion. If you cannot sign in, use “Forgot your password?” from the login window, or contact us.

Find friends and nearby plans

Open someone’s profile to see their public hosted plans, including past and cancelled plans, or choose “Add friend” to send a request. They decide whether to accept; becoming friends does not join either of you to a plan. “Plans near me” uses your location only after you choose it and grant permission. Distances are approximate, and private plans and plans without a mapped meeting place are excluded. Clear the filter to return to Discover.

Choose who can see a plan

Choose Public or Private when creating or editing your plan. Public plans appear in Discover and on your profile. Private plans are visible to you, currently invited members and pending or approved participants. They stay out of public listings, nearby results and place counts. Both choices require a public meeting point.

Share a plan story

Hosts and confirmed participants can add a video of up to 10 seconds before a plan or until 24 hours after its start. Choose “Add story”, select the plan and a video, and trim a longer clip before posting. Public stories appear by person in the homepage row for 24 hours. New stories have a bright ring; watched stories have a muted ring and a check. Tap the author’s name in an open story to visit their profile. Open the plan’s story history to watch older clips. Tap the heart to like a story, the comment bubble to join the conversation, or Share to send a link to that exact story. You need a verified account and profile to like or comment. Comments stay with the story; use a comment’s menu to delete your own comment or report a concern. Private stories stay with the private plan, and sharing their link does not grant access.

Message someone directly

Open a member’s profile and choose “Request chat”. The recipient sees the request in Messages and can accept or decline. You can send text only after they accept. Both members need verified accounts and profiles. Existing conversations keep their history and also require the recipient’s approval before new messages can be sent. Find these conversations alongside your plan groups in Messages. Direct chats currently support text; photos, voice, videos and locations remain available in plan group chats. You can report a message or block a member from their profile.

Share a plan or invite friends

Open a published plan and choose “Share plan” to share or copy its unique link. Public plans can be viewed without signing in. A private plan’s link only works for members who already have access. Hosts and confirmed participants can choose “Invite friends”, select friends and send an in-app invitation. Recipients open it from their updates and request to join as usual; an invitation does not reserve a place or unlock group messages. Plan links pasted into a conversation are clickable and follow the same access rules.

Invite someone new

Choose “Invite someone to Who’s Out” from your account or your own profile, then share or copy the invitation link. It opens the homepage so your friend can explore plans before choosing to sign up or log in. They choose their own plans and friends after joining. Who’s Out does not send an invitation email or add a friend automatically.

Report a safety concern

Report a profile, plan, listing, story, story comment or message from its menu so the review includes the relevant evidence. You can check your reports and blocked members in your account’s safety center. For an appeal, include the affected content and explain what you would like reviewed.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Support and reports are not monitored continuously.
